About the Job:

Provide support services within the Mammography Department. Provide customer service and performs file room functions

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service and perform file room functions.
• Respect confidential nature of patient information and abide by HIPAA laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience in all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with others within the department as well as outside of the department.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems needed to perform job functions.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
