Solugenix is assisting a client, in their search for a Dynatrace Administrator.

As a Dynatrace Administrator, you will play a crucial role in configuring, fine-tuning and maintaining Dynatrace solutions, Implementing best practices for monitoring across diverse applications and environments.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech, MBA, MCA, MSc OR Any PG Qualification.
• 10 Years in the IT Industry and at least 5 years’ experience in working on Dynatrace Administration.
• Hands-on experience on Dynatrace, and Splunk and good knowledge of any other monitoring tools.
• Proven experience as a Dynatrace Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace features, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with integration of Dynatrace with other monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools, etc.
• Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand performance monitoring, gather requirements, and ensure comprehensive coverage of monitoring requirements is implemented and tailored to business needs.
• Implement best practices for Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and reporting to support a proactive approach to system health.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $70/hour to $80/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
