Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Associate Escrow Assistant. This is a 3-month contract based out of Angels Camp, CA (Onsite). 

Required Skills:

Escrow, Organisation Skills, Closings, Retail Sales, Secretarial.

Additional Skills:

Clerical, Closing, Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED/Equivalent Required.
• Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
• 1-year related industry experience in real estate or title field.
• Strong customer service orientation. Detail orientation. Excellent verbal communication. Problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
• Performs secretarial and clerical duties to assist in the gathering of information and handling of funds for escrow closings.
• Answers phones, greets customers, places call, and writes for various information needed for escrow closings.
• Process opening orders, initial file set up, deposit and distribution of funds, written transmittals for funds and documents, handling reconveyances, preclosing maintenance and post-closing follow up on assigned files.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $20/hour to $20/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
