EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Soltys Place (Adult Day Health Program) in Hillsborough, NC
Soltys Place is a community-based nonprofit in Orange County, North Carolina which offers the potential to make a real difference in the lives of older adults and their families. This offers an excellent opportunity for the appropriate leader. Unlike other organizations, there is no weekend or holiday work, nor on-call duty. Anticipated salary range is $62,000-$72,000 depending on qualifications. Paid time off (PTO) is provided.
Senior Care of Orange County, Inc. administers Soltys Place, an adult day health program. The program provides community-based support for adults who require assistance for their daily health and wellbeing, allowing elders to remain at home. Many of the participants are living with cognitive shifts such as dementia, though not all. Participation in the program fosters optimal independence and social connection, with the goal of bringing JOY and meaningful activities for staff and participants alike.
