SolShine Coastal is Hiring a Beauty Sales Associate Near Panama, FL
I am seeking a friendly, motivated, customer and detail-oriented Assistant to help me grow my new Boutique by the beach!
As my Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling beautiful clothing, gifts, home decor, beauty products, local art & more, all the while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
-Opening and/or closing up store for shifts in a timely fashion
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit, gift or decor
- Provide detailed product knowledge of our curated collections
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Process sales transactions accurately using our automated point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a super clean and organized shop, including restocking shelves, racks & displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
-Assist with daily social media promotions and community engagement
-Assist with online sales and processing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge or interest in beauty cosmetics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in operating a POS system, email, facebook, instagram & google
I am looking for someone who is interested in engaging with customers and building lasting relationships. A natural ability to engage others in small talk in a friendly manner is required. Store hours : Tuesday - Friday 10-7 Sat & Sun 10-5
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
