Title: Employee Benefits Account Executive (SERVICE focused role)
Location: Horsham, PA (1x a week IN OFFICE)
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000k (depending upon experience/skillset) bonus excellent benefits package (practically free medical)
Summary:
Our client, a nationally recognized Employee Benefits Broker, has a need for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team. This position is open due to growth. As the AE, you will be responsible for day-to-day servicing and will have a team of junior analyst to support you and your book. You will be handling roughly 10-12 accounts, both fully insured & self-funded groups, ranging in the 100-500 size employer with multi-state jurisdiction. Must have strong Excel experience and ideally some Captive experience (NOT required, but preferred). Very visible position and will be working closely with the Director of Employee Benefits.
