Seeking a talented digital marketing manager for a financial services client. This is a contract to hire role and looking to start soon!
Must be well versed with Pardot. Dealing in this role with complex segmentation as they have a database of 100,000 advisors. They have different brands and target audiences so therefore there are several different types of messages going out. 8 or more emails go out in a day to different groups and targets. This is a highly regulated field (investments) so everything has to go through compliance. Need to have good web skills as they have Wordpress sites. They have 3 different websites where each targets a different audience and covers B2B and B2C.
Nice to have for this person is the ability to work on the website to change headers on landing pages as there is a constant flow of content and messaging changes.
Required Functional Skills/Tools:
• Pardot expert.
• Salesforce experience (which they will likely have if they have Pardot)
• Email marketing expert and basic email design
• Dealing with complex databases.
• Wordpress web skills is a must. Updating the websites themselves. Some sites update daily. Lots of plug ins. Other parts update on a monthly basic. Managing internal and external systems.
A leader in best practices. Looking at competitors so they can evolve and keep up with the best practices.
