Soloh Partners is Hiring a Hr recruiter Near Bronx, NY

Comunilife is looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to manager our employee recruitment efforts. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.

g. social media and professional platforms) for a majority of the program related positions within the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Visit all locations and meet with managers to develop program-specific recruiting plans
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices,
  • Ensure that all postings are updated and track sources.
  • Provide information on agency services and job opportunities to applicants.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • MA in Human Resources Management, SPHR / PHR certification a plus
  • Three (3) years recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit field desirable
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
