YOUR RESUME MUST SHOW THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 5 years of experience working with AWS Connect, Azure, AWS Control Tower, AWS Security Services, AWS Lambda.

2. 5 years’ experience in routing protocols addressing, services virtualization, and integration/collaboration strategies for enterprise architectures.

3. 5 years Web/Directory Services: Microsoft AD, AWS Monitoring Services

4. 4 years of experience in unified communications and how it works in a collaborative environment over switching, routing, firewall, cloud, MPLS, QOS and WAN Technologies with the ability to document using Visio or similar.

5. Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect Contact Center Development: Contact Flows, IVR Applications, Skill Based Routing, LEX Integration, AWS Control Tower.

6. Expert knowledge of cloud based telephony and Contact center.

7. Must have technical expertise in designing AWS call flow, agent reports and dashboard.

EDUCATION: Graduation with specialization in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field.

AT LEAST ONE CERTIFICATION: AWS Solutions Architect-Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Database, AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
