You'll showcase your expertise as a high-achieving buyer's agent by putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. Your daily tasks will include prospecting, securing appointments, and developing efficient systems for the team's success.

Responsibilities

Key Activities:

• Follow a time-blocked and pre-planned 50-60 hour work week for maximum productivity
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools and systems for daily lead generation
• Stay updated on market trends through daily research of new listings and price reductions
• Successfully manage and serve multiple new clients on a monthly basis
• Continuously practice and master sales scripts for effective communication
• Conduct informative and professional home-buying consultations with clients
• Attend client and team appreciation events as regularly scheduled
• Skillfully negotiate initial offers and handle any repairs that may arise
• Commit to ongoing training and educational opportunities for personal and professional growth
