Soligo is urgently looking for a new Sales Manager Trainee who will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new sales strategies with the goal of driving the assigned sales department towards success. In order to grow into the full-time Sales Manager role at Soligo, hitting the sales quota for 90 days straight will be necessary.

Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operation and performance of the sales team.
• Generates updated sales reports, forecasts, and writes project proposals.
• Facilitates mentoring programs to promote personal and professional development.
• Communicates with potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and develop a steady pipeline of new leads.
• Monitor and analyze the sales teams’ performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Sales Manager Trainee Requirements:

Training Pay:

To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
