Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess a strong background in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure learning goals are met.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development.
- Incorporate physical education, math, and other subjects into daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- CDA credential or meet state licensing requirements.
- Previous experience working with toddler aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques is a plus.
