Premier Academy offers on the job training opportunities, work schedules with varying shifts Monday – Friday, never working nights or weekends, and most importantly a rewarding work environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Have a love for children.

• Ability to act as a mediator between children.

• Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable.

• Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.)

• Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.

• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum. (Identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)

• Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.

• Track children’s progress.

• Actively engage with children.

• Communicate with parents regularly.

• Collaborate with other educators.

• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
