Minimum 1 years special education experience required.

We are actively seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for part-time roles within school districts in the Elmhurst, Illinois area for their summer program.

The successful candidates will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications :

• Valid Illinois teaching certificate with appropriate Special Education endorsement.
• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field.
• Knowledge of local and state special education regulations and requirements.
• Experience working with students with disabilities, including designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various academic and behavioral settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
