Duties

* Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Preschool-5th grade children

* Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development

* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

* Conduct assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for improvement

* Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

* Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional development

* Incorporate literacy education into daily activities to promote language and communication skills

* Implement effective behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

* Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred

* Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students

* Proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies

* Familiarity with special education practices and techniques is a plus

* CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
