Description of Position:

As a Paraprofessional with Soliant, you will be at the forefront of educational excellence, participating in engaging lesson planning sessions, collaborating with parents and school officials, and co-teaching lessons under the guidance of experienced Teachers. Your role will involve leading small groups, providing individualized instruction and discussions, and ensuring a conducive learning environment by organizing the classroom and minimizing distractions.
