Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one support to high-needs children, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification required.
• Previous experience working with high-needs children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
