Job Summary:
As the Product Manager you will be working as part of a team of talented professionals that are tasked with driving the company forward, utilizing IT systems as the catalyst.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Work with division and department Product Owners to define the product strategy and roadmap
· Deliver Product Requirement Documents for large projects
· Work with the Software Development team to parse user stories into manageable development tasks
· Confront problems pre and post launch proactively and in a collaborative manner
· Host regular update meetings with Software Development, the Product Owner, and Implementation department
· Participate in development of wire frames and initial mock-ups of software to drive the vision of the product
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Demonstrated success of product launch or management
· Ability to pursue projects through to completion
· Ability to be effective managing a wide variety of tasks, both large in scope and small in scope
· Comfort utilizing task management software such as Asana or Jira
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical approach to problem solving
Education and Experience:
· 2 years’ experience in product management or similar roll.
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
