Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audio-Visual Estimator/ Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced and innovative audio-visual industry. You will play a crucial role in assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, and preparing accurate estimates for audio-visual installations. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of audio-visual technology, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Prepare detailed and professional proposals for clients, outlining the scope of work, cost breakdowns, and project timelines.
• Review Bid Documents for Cost Estimate Preparation for AV equipments
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to gather relevant information for accurate estimations and dealership
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that proposals align with client expectations and market conditions.
• Prepare proposal document including cost summary and all the bid submittal requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Ability to multitask
• Willing to learn the industry

QUALIFICATIONS :

o Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing or any related experience. 

o Audiovisual Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

o Must be a bachelor graduate & proficiency in writing communication.

Other details

o Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

o Performance Based Incentives

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
