Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Provide quality guidance, processes, training, and support to enable Risk MAP programs to meet objectives in a highly dynamic environment
*Develop oversight plans for assessing quality on a non-intrusive basis and for verifying use of best practices, effective processes, appropriate techniques, and effective review methods
*Assess and (as needed) refine quality metrics to support continual improvement in processes and results
*Define quality measurement approach and verify capture of quality metrics in QAP and QASP
*Develop and implement high-impact quality improvement initiatives
*Implement and execute quality threshold adherence management approach

• Master's Degree in business-or management-related field, OR 10 years of experience in a management-level position providing quality guidance, oversight, assessment/measurement, improvement focus, and threshold adherence management within a government a portfolio worth at least $100M annually.
• 10 years of experience with quality management.
