Quality Control Manager Listing
In search a motivated Quality Control Manager that has experience with completing interior renovations for NAVFAC. Projects are located within the D.C. Metropolitan area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage quality control testing and inspections to include closeout and punchlist.
· Ensure that the subcontractors are aware of all quality control requirements.
· Organize and Facilitate QC meetings with the Government and Owners.
· Responsible for managing and maintaining the submittal process.
· Work with subcontractors to resolve quality control problems.
· Will prepare and submit the Daily Project Reports.
· Performs the three phases of quality control.
· Review and approve submittal packages.
· Shall maintain a deficiency tracking log.
· Read and understand project schedules.
· Enforce contract requirements
· Conduct progress meetings.

Requirements:
· USACOE QC Management for Contractors certification
· 5yrs of combined construction experience.
· 2yrs as a QC Manager
Preferred:
· College degree within construction industry
· First Aid, CPR, and AED training
· EM 385-1-1 40hr training
· OSHA 30hr training
