Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. Here, guests enjoy the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access and pool service. We are excited to welcome a new Beach Supervisor to our Sunny Isles staff.

A day in the life...

As a Beach Supervisor, you oversee and support the beach attendants to ensure they attend to guests in the Beach area, courteously and efficiently according to Noble House Hotels & Resorts standards.

To be successful in the Beach Supervisor position, you...

• are knowledgeable of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the pool & beach areas.
• are knowledgeable of lounge chair setup, room capacity, hours of operation and proper designated Solé beach area.
• support opening and closing duties as assigned.
• assist the beach attendants in collecting soiled towels for laundering.
• fold and store chairs, tables and umbrellas at sundown.

Requirements

• Effective supervisory, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift outdoors.
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers
• Must be able to work flexible schedule to include evening, weekends, and holidays.
