A day in the life.

As the Assistant Director of Finance, you work hands-on to oversee Daily Income Audit, Cash Handling, Payroll, AP, AR and in part prepare journal entries, conduct inventories, prepare and file taxes. You also assist the DOF with any audits conducted by internal, external or government auditors and have oversight of the finance team.

To be successful in the Assistant Director of Finance position, you:

• must have experience in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service condo hotel, and assist closing the books down to cash.
• are hands-on and see the big picture.
• assist to oversee monthly financial details and strategy.
• besides your own in-depth knowledge of condo hotel accounting, you are eager to help department heads in managing their costs through bottom-line training.
