Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake is seeking a full-time Social Services Assistant. The Social Services Assistant will assist the Director of Social Services as well as the Quality-of-Life Director with various daily tasks in the Social Services Department. This individual will serve as an advocate for our patients and residents, as well as assist the respective directors in ensuring the needs of those we care for are met.
