DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
• Valid CPR & IV Certification
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and outside agencies and to work cooperatively with other associates
