Retention Sign-On Bonus Program CNA
Effective 11/08/2022 , it shall be the policy of this center to offer a $1,000.00 Retention (Sign-On) Bonus to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) employees who are hired for 3-11 shift on either full or part-time employment. The bonus will be paid out in 3 installments of $833.33.00, 216-hour, 432-hour, and 864-hour worked marks.
MUST WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND- FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare and compile records on nursing unit.
High School graduate or equivalent required. Must have legible penmanship, knowledge of medical symbols, abbreviations, and terminology.
1-3 months previous working experience preferred.
