We are seeking an energetic and personableteam player who will serve as the primary liaison and oversee the daily operations of our expanding Fleet Program. This individual will perform various administrative and HR functions, including maintaining accurate employee files, onboarding and coordinating vehicle placement with members of our clinical team.

What you'll be doing:
Provide excellent customer service to help answer employee questions
Maintain electronic databases of registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management
Perform vehicle registration and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in the existing fleet
Organize & schedule vehicle swaps, pick-ups and drop-offs
Train and empower Fleet Members to utilize the resources provided; monitor utilization of the e-Fleets mobile application on a monthly basis
Perform Motor Vehicle checks for eligible drivers
Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers
Support the HR department through various duties

What you need to have:
High school diploma
2 years of experience in Customer Service, HR or similar position
Active driver's license and current CO automobile insurance
Salary $21.00 - $23.00 an hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
