SOLA Pharmaceuticals is Hiring a Warehouse Associate Near Baton Rouge, LA
SUMMARY:
SOLA Pharmaceuticals is growing and we are looking for dedicated warehouse associates to join our team! Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate performs all shipping and receiving activity for our Distribution Warehouse. Our warehouse staff is responsible for managing daily operations by receiving incoming orders, ensuring that inventory is properly maintained, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining safety standards throughout the warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and process orders using ERP scanning software
- Accurately and efficiently package shipments for delivery to customers
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months - 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write legibly, and do simple math
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Should be knowledgeable of warehouse safety rules and procedures
