Sol Connections is seeking local and qualified applicants to join our team of Entry Level Sales and Marketing Consultants!
As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong connections with our client's customers through professional communication, swift response to questions and concerns, effective sales management, and meticulous attention to detail in a retail environment.
Responsibilities for the position include:
- Face-to-face sales and marketing with our customers to maintain trusting connections and satisfy our clients' needs within a retail environment
- To close sales, gain business, and meet production goals within your designated territory, you will operate both individually and together with members of other teams.
- Developing strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment
- Work with a close-knit group of skilled sales professionals that will assist your professional development as you develop strong leadership abilities to create a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Ability to perform Account Retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Prioritizes and plans work activities
- Self-motivated
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
- Degree or relevant coursework in related field
