Soiree Valet (Napa) Operations Manager
Soiree Valet Parking Service Inc., headquartered in San Francisco, CA is launching Soiree Valet (Napa)
30 years of providing valet services for events, fixed locations and transportation services and logistics.
Currently hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a major hotel account
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of parking operations including hotel day to day parking services
New business development
Hire, manage and train valet staff
Administrative duties including payroll reporting and billing
Event scheduling
Site visits and compliance with local regulations
Facilities management
Valet parking duties as necessary
Requirements
High end customer service experience or parking experience
Experience managing teams of parking personnel
Familiar with the wine country
Strong customer service skills
Ability to drive a manual transmission and a clean CA driver’s license
Report directly to CEO
Excellent compensation package including 401k and health coverage
