Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop an incoming quality systemto monitor the quality of products to specified standards on their arrival.
• Createdetailed, comprehensive, and well-structured process audit plans.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate team audit activities.
• Investigatethe causes of non-conforming products and perform root cause analysis to work with operations to implement solutions.
• Collaboratewith the relevant departments to develop and implement controls and improvements and develop supplier quality standards.
• Track quality assurance metrics.
• Developcorrective actions, solutions, and improvement action plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Technicians.

Requirements:

• 5 years in quality management in a distribution or manufacturing environment is required.
• Able to work ON SITE at our Burlington NJwarehouse location.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts as required.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and processes is required.
• Prior experience in managing a quality team is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Quality Management, or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
• Relevant certification e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Partner and establish strong working relationships with other departments that provide support to the overall operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive process audits.

Pay /Benefits:

• Salary $85,000 - $110,000
