Prepares and cooks a wide variety of foods for patients, employees, and the public and for special functions while ensuring the sanitary working environment per city, state and federal standards.
**Qualifications**
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
* Knowledge of Quantity or Institutional cooking and kitchen equipment, sanitation and safety techniques required.
Licensure/Certification:
* Recommended to complete NIFI Certified Sanitation Course.
