We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing information about our rooms, rates and amenities, while managing the process from booking to checkout. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent will provide high-quality service and be highly involved with every aspect of the guest’s stay. If you enjoy working with people of all ages, and have a passion for helping people create memories that last a lifetime, we’d like to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base in hotel management and be able to execute tasks efficiently.
