Software Solutions Integrated is Hiring an User Resource Specialist Near Shelbyville, IL
- Write, edit, and publish user-facing product updates and help documentation to the appropriate knowledge base resources.
- Work with the team to create, edit and review product documentation, videos, educational pathways, self-paced learning, and other training materials for product changes and enhancements
- Collaborate with various departments to create and edit video scripts and produce videos
- Publish all updates and help documentation in a timely manner.
- Develop and follow best practices for the the company knowledge base resources.
- Collaborate with other teams to efficiently and effectively gather the information needed to perform job duties.
- Assist with creating user communication messages through our ticketing software, bulk email tool, and online guide/messaging software
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure and track the effectiveness of projects, training, and communications
- Proofread and review user communications and training materials
- All other duties as assigned by the User Education Manager and/or VP of Professional Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of design and visual concepts
- Familiarity with CSS, HTML and video editing and graphic design software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Work well in a team environment
