Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a 1-year contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Tampa, FL.

Hybrid work required in Tampa office - must be local
Unable to work with additional layers of employment

Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and implementing frontend and backend software for a complex Billing system, Translating software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.

• Participating in the full lifecycle of application, including design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment as well as support and maintenance.
• Developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration.
• Ensuring optimization across all platforms including Java stack, SQL Server and UI/UX(Angular).
• Collaborate with other developers to implement solutions effectively.
• Effectively analyze a problem/task to give accurate timelines for milestones and full implementation completion.

Required Skills:

• 5 years working with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot.
• 2 years' experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular 17.
• 2 years' experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Experience/Familiarity with working with build and deploy tools like Harness, UDeploy, Team City, Jenkins.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
