Location: Dallastown, PA

Pay Rate: Local ($55 on W2 and $60 on 1099)

Shift: 5x8 hours (Days)

Contract weeks: 9 to 13 weeks

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with expertise in various medical settings.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Supervise and train nursing personnel
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient medical records

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Cardiac catheterization experience
- Phlebotomy skills
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of occupational health practices
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Familiarity with assisted living and nursing home environments
- Understanding of DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) coding
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
