Job Duties will include but not limited to:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties.
- Monitor shipping and Maintaining supply inventory.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Aiding in the Accounting department.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Accouting Specialist Requirements/Skills and Competences:
➢ High school diploma or Associate’s degree.
➢ Proven Experience as an Accounting Specialist in a related field.
➢ Candidate must be detailed oriented and a great Multi-tasker.
➢ Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
➢ Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
➢ Ability to help with word processing when necessary.
➢ Candidate must possess a Warm personality
➢ Ability to work well under pressure with limited supervision.
➢ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Applications
➢ Proficient in Quickbooks a must
➢ Thorough understanding of office management procedures
➢ Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
