We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5000 for all new hires for our Maintenance Roles!

Pay is determined by experience and is paid weekly!

We have both Day and Night shift available!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.

· Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.

· Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.

· Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

· Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.

· Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.

· Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.

Requirements:

Education:

· 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education (e.g., possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience.

Experience:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls, including experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.

o Applicants will be considered for Associate Refrigeration Technicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr Refrigeration Technicians level openings.

o Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.

Computer Skills:

· Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Communication Skills:

· Effective communication and basic math skills required.

Special Skills:

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.

· Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.

· Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.

· Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.

· Frequent overhead work.

· Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed.

· Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
