As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts, operate multiple machining operations, and comply with industry standards. You'll also participate in continuous improvement activities, update maintenance records, troubleshoot control systems, and use predictive maintenance technologies. Additionally, you'll provide assistance to junior technicians and contribute to team leadership.
