Position Overview:
We are seeking client-focused professionals to join our team as Quality Consultants and Rating Field Inspectors. In this role, you will work closely with homebuilders to ensure compliance with quality and energy standards, without the physical demands of traditional construction roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of homes under construction to verify compliance with code and quality standards.
• Perform energy inspections and tests to ensure compliance with local, state, and national energy code requirements.
• Collaborate with homebuilders to assist them in achieving their quality and energy compliance goals.

Training and Development:
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills for success in your role. No previous experience is required; we welcome candidates with a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in new construction is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, carrying equipment up to 50 lbs, and accessing tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Certification as a HERS Rater or Field Tester.
• IRC certification.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
