SOFT's client, located in Hicksville, NY is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Support Analyst for a long term contract assignment. The selected candidate will provide analytical and administrative control and oversight of various fleet maintenance related processes in support of contractual obligations
Fleet Maintenance services to include the following:

• Provide fuel and lubricant administration services including:
• Service accessibility to various locations for the purpose of fueling client vehicles and equipment
• Monitoring fuel consumption and forecasting replenishment needs
• Order coordination and acquisition of supply of gasoline and diesel
• Compliance monitoring for fuel infrastructure in keeping with all regulations and client policies
• Fuel card administration of on site fuel island dispensing system
• Maintenance, upkeep and repair of fuel and lubrication systems, dispensers, tanks, etc.
• Administration, fuel consumption and lubrication charges following established financial guidance and direction
• Provides direct logistics support to operations
• Fleet Maintenance accounts payable related tasks, invoice processing and other financial items.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance preferred. Candidates with 5 years business work experience in these fields will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated proficiency of personal computer software programs (MS Office suite).
• Working knowledge of and experience with complex IT systems and databases desirable.
• Working knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively, work with teams in a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
