Family located in Brickell is looking to hire a full-time nanny to care for their two children, a 2 year old boy and 10 month old girl. The schedule is full time from Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm. The family is also hiring a weekend nanny to cover the Friday to Sunday schedule. Both nannies will work as a team to ensure that the children receive excellent care. Travel with the family will be required approximately 3-4 times per year to NYC, Europe & the Caribbean. Nannies will coordinate availability/ rotate travel schedule.

Ideal candidate for this role is a career nanny with high energy, is responsible, trustworthy, discreet with an understanding of privacy, educated, creative, fun and outgoing.

START DATE: August 2024

Job Duties:

• General supervision and care for the children
• Taking care of their upkeep, bathing, dressing, combing etc.
• Planning and engaging in educational activities and age appropriate games (Reading, music etc). Piano player a plus
• Coordinating schedules & play dates
• Establishing routines (Nap time, learning time etc.)
• Monitor children’s progress and development and keep an ongoing dialogue with parents
• Preparing healthy meals and ensuring the children are fed
• Keeping the children’s rooms and areas tidy and organized
• Children’s laundry and ironing
• All other childcare related duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years nanny experience working with infants & toddlers
• Verifiable references
• Childhood education background preferred
• CPR/First Aid certifications
• Can travel internationally
• Pet friendly

Compensation & Benefits: Commensurate with experience. PTO, Sick & Holiday pay etc. Performance bonuses
