This is a *Remote Role* and candidates can live in any state!

The Enterprise Architect is responsible to implement at the regional level the architecture strategy by following the Enterprise Architectural plan defined. This job ensures proposed and existing solution designs are aligned with global Enterprise Architecture. They act as the regional focal point for global Enterprise Architects and Global Application Portfolio Manager and the global solution architecture community. The Regional Architect ensures the continuous improvement of existing solutions and technology portfolio. They ensure the use of existing solutions and technology to their full potential. They present and promote the current solutions architecture to the regional business. The Regional Architect ensures that local / regional demand is processed in coherence with the global IST strategy with regards to applications and architecture. They will make sure that the demand is managed through the established global process, in order to identify the proper solutions and the correct architecture approach together with the community of group Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.

Deliverables: IS architectural standards implemented within the region, Regional portfolio of applications.

The successful candidate will spend his time focused on:

ARCHITECTURE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION - 60%

• Builds and maintains the regional IS&T Roadmap based on regional business requirements and global & regional solution roadmaps.
• Analyzes the portfolio of applications to develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in solutions, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities

ALIGNMENT BETWEEN GLOBAL AND REGIONAL LEVEL - 15%

• Liaises with Enterprise Architecture and the design authority represented by the community of practice of Solution architects to build the target E2E system architecture for the region encompassing global and regional solutions
• Ensures proposed and existing solution designs are aligned with global Enterprise Architecture and the Global Solution architects.
• Feeds global Architecture (Enterprise and Solution) with regional specificities, needs and constrains.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - 10%

• Conducts research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommends technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.
• Makes recommendations to improve and/or replace existing solutions and technology portfolio of the organization.
• Documents and updates the existing solutions and technology portfolio of the organization.

COMMUNICATION - 15%

• Acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them understand the current solutions architecture and gains endorsement for future solutions and spend.
• Presents solutions from a functional/business point of view to internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years relevant experience in IT space
• Experience in enterprise solution design & architecture

Compensation $150,000 annual incentive program based on experience and geography.

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelors degreeBasic Functional Experience: 7 years
