Location: We are seeking a IT Specialist for the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Responsibilities

- Effectively perform services to maintain network operations, POS systems and infrastructure.

- Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliances security systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist with desktop support including setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers.
- Manage VPN connections and firewall configurations to ensure secure network access.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve application issues.
- Support users on Mac OS systems and provide guidance on computer hardware.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications
- Strong technical support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Experience in IT support and desktop support
- Familiarity with VPN and Firewall technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Competence in Mac OS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of computer hardware
