RPS/Foster Care Supervisor needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.
The RPS/Foster Care Supervisor oversees the RPS/FC worker workers and the cases assigned to them.
They are responsible for overseeing documentation and paperwork requirements of RPS: FC Workers.
The supervisor is responsible for foster families remaining in compliance with regulations and with
agency policies and procedures. Supervisors will ensure that their supervisees have received all
necessary orientation and training. They will be involved in program development and ensure that
positive inter-agency communication is maintained.
