Description

Needed for multiple full-time, temp-to-perm, or direct-hire positions serving the Suburban Cook County area. The social worker has the opportunity to choose from different teams that all work together to serve adults in the long-term care system and help integrate them back into the community.
Position Requirements

Requires a social work degree (BSW or MSW) at a minimum; a social work license (LSW or LCSW) is a plus. Sign-on bonus for direct hire placements!
