We are a rapidly expanding full-service digital performance marketing agency seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Account Strategist in Blue Bell, PA.

Social Fire Media works with a wide range of clientele, including direct-to-consumer E-Commerce brands and smaller local and national businesses. As a small team, we must be involved in virtually all aspects of our business. Our newest team member must be proactive and willing to do whatever is necessary to help our clients succeed!

Ideal applicants are college graduates with a Marketing or similar degree. 4 years of experience are required. Compensation and benefits are competitive (1st-year target Comp is 65k-95k plus potential bonuses, depending on talent/experience), and the fun culture cannot be beaten! Compensation growth is tied to individual and company performance, which has been rapid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a hybrid role where you will be asked to be an Account Strategist, Project Manager, and develop your own creatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze data and creative performance to determine next steps for clients to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing their needs and providing strategic advice.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Develop impactful video ad creatives, image ads & ad copy for Paid Social (Meta & TikTok primarily) & other digital advertising platforms that are engaging, entertaining, but most importantly, drive increased sales.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create innovative new videos
  • Produce and test a high volume of creatives continuously to continually improve Client campaign performance.
  • Ensure that ad creatives are consistent with the client's brand identity and communicate the intended message effectively.
  • Create visually engaging social media posts catering to various clientele, including E-Commerce brands and local businesses. Continuously refine content based on client feedback and performance and adapt to the latest social media trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance and extract data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports & presentations, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for internal use and/or to the client.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign performance, A/B testing & performance insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to break down complex ideas into engaging storytelling that showcases product value proposition.
  • Create and manage UGC campaigns, including creating content briefs and communicating with influencers and Creators.
  • Proactively seek constructive feedback from clients, colleagues, and management and use it to refine strategies and improve service quality.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with the client and internally, informing all relevant parties about campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities. Address any client concerns, feedback, or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging industry trends such as creatives, advertising platform innovations, competitor ads, industry news, software innovations, digital advertising, and opportunities to leverage AI.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • 4 Years of proven video editing experience, ideally with a variety of different clients
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, including green screens is a plus
  • Graphic design skills
  • Ability to think critically and logically.
  • Multi-tasker, able to manage, organize, and execute multiple creative projects at the same time
  • Fast learner and self-starter
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
  • Enjoys challenges and has an entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.

  • Intermediate level knowledge of data analysis & Google Analytics
