Social Care Administrators is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Detroit, MI

**Job Title: Office Manager**

**Location:** McCrory Center

**Work Hours:** Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Please note this is a full-time position)

**Start Date:** Within 10 days after accepting offer

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking an astute Office Manager with a strong background in office operations to manage day-to-day tasks ensuring the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to our operational efficiency and excellent service delivery by managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Overseeing daily office operations and managing office staff to ensure tasks are executed efficiently.

- Checking in people and managing the office reception area.

- Monitoring and managing invoice processing and billing claims.

- Promptly responding to emails and other forms of communication.

- Answering phone calls and managing office correspondence.

- Sending faxes and coordinating schedules and office calendars.

- Processing records requests, invoices, and managing files.

- Assisting with various tasks as required to support the team and office operations.

- Ensuring all data management and office systems including computers and faxing equipment are functioning optimally.

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record of success in managing office operations.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A dependable and reliable work ethic, available to start within 10 days post acceptance of offer letter.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an I can do it attitude.

- Extensive experience in data management and proficiency in office systems, including computers, fax machines, and other office equipment.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field preferred.
