Soccer Shots - Memphis is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Cordova, TN

Soccer Shots is positioned as the best-in-class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development, Soccer Shots® is the soccer experience for children. Through the beautiful game of soccer, we aim to develop character, motor skills and teamwork for children ages from 2-8. Our team believes children deserve an amazing time on Soccer Island and our goal is simple "to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family."
We are looking for Highly Energetic, FUN, Passionate, and reliable individuals to join our Soccer Shots Memphis Coaching Team. Don’t know much about soccer? No problem! While it is a bonus to have some knowledge of the game it is not essential. If you love working with children and have the desire to learn we will teach you all you need to know though our proven training process.
We can also work within your current schedule. Soccer Shots partners with Daycares, Schools, and Community Parks all over the Greater Memphis Area offering classes, and we will SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE!
Compensation:
Once done with training, the compensation per 30-45 minute session will be $18 as a Certified Level 1 Coach, with a structured pay scale to move up based on performance. As a CIT (Coach in Training) you will be paid $14 per 30-45 minute session as a CIT (Coach in Training). Normally training takes 15-25 hours. We also do provide coaching advancement with an assured pay scale to move up based on performance and tenure.

  • Every Soccer Shots Coach gets trained and certified through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles. We teach you to coach our curriculum and proven training process.
  • We make sure our Coaches stay at the top of their game through ongoing training, 1on1s, and evaluations.
  • We provide opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
  • Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners started out as coaches.
Our work week consists of 3 blocks each Weekday and 2 on Saturday. We WILL SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE. We can work with other commitments such as class schedules and other job schedules. You can work anywhere from 5-30 Sessions a Week!

Weekday Blocks (Monday – Friday)
  • 9:00am - 11:30pm
  • 12:00pm -1:30pm
  • 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Weekend Blocks (Saturday Morning)
  • 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
