Orthopedic practice in need of an experienced full-time Insurance Claims Collector with knowledge of billing and collection policies and procedures and all types of insurance (HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare etc.)
In addition to resolving outstanding claims with insurance companies, the medical collector is expected to apply excellent customer service skills while acting as the point of contact. Our ideal candidate must be organized and a team player with a great attitude.
